Calymea

Calymea sits on the banks of the picturesque Shoalhaven river. It is situated in a dry environment.

The River is predominantly fresh water however salt water fish are often caught.

Fish are Bass , flathead and bream

Occasionally carp and Jew fish

We breed Limousin and Simmental Beef Cattle for beef sales Friesian and Jersey Cows for house cows

We breed Dorper sheep for lamb sales with Ewes and rams also available

We breed large white pigs for pork sales to the public

Piglets and pigs are also available

We have over 800 fruit trees , with fruit sales direct to the public.

We breed Australorp and Leghorn chooks for egg sale with poultry sales direct to the public.

We try to maintain organic practices and grow our own vegetables.

We have bee hives for honey sales to the public

We are very self sufficient and live a self sustainable life

We allow access through our property to the river for camping .

We are blessed with the Best Water skiing, Dirt Bike riding, horse riding, 4WD , rock climbing, hiking, Bass fishing, canoeing, mountain bike riding Australia has to offer.

We are surrounded by an amphitheatre of mountain which protect the Shoalhaven river from wind and provide glassy smooth water which makes Barefooting ideal.

The surrounding mountains are some of the most rugged in Australia which makes a setting for the best horse riding , dirt bike riding and 4WD Australia has to offer.

Many people each year get lost out there.

Yalwal gold fields are only 15klm up the dirt road and make a great day out going through the mines.

Marie and Dazza are active patrolling members of Shoalhaven heads surf club.

Dazza is the Patrol captain. We compete regularly in SLSA and have won many medals.

We are both members of our SES and specialize in search and rescue.

We run every second day and cycle in between to stay fit to enjoy our pursuits of Loving Life.
